DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Paid deposit, found out someone had used my name for water so we could not get the water on, called back and talked to the lady TWICE to let her know what was going on. A week later some random man called me telling me that he needed a months rent because they had been holding this trailer and we just paid the deposit and no one heard anything else from us! He kept cutting me off while I was trying to talk to him. Was VERY rude! Kept telling me he didn't care. Basically called me a liar. I would not recommend this place to any one if they treat someone who is supposed to be renting from them that way!!!!!
Well when i moved back too SC i couldn't find a place. Until my boyfriend found Fox Creek its been a great place to stay it's really peaceful and Ms Dee is the sweeties landlord ever whe have been here 3mos. and and have had no problems...Team FOX CREEK!!!!!!!!
It's decent place to live they are not racist or prejudice of any one as far as i can tell and it has a mixture of people here. If you want a review read the ones from people who actually live here not from someone who can not get their ducks in a row. They are strict on noise and loud music but other than that they will not bother you unless you don't pay your bill so if you don't like rules live somewhere else
This place do not rent to Afican Americans.!!!!!!! Very very rascist. How dare you guys.. Smh. Was told several times they were not renting. But they continued to post available homes. I had my white friend call and they was ready to move him in immediatly.
