Food was good. The waiting time is awful. I had 3 cars in front of me. No one actually in the restaurant and it took at least 20 mins to get my food. Both cars in front of me pulled off. I peaked inside the drive through to see what could possible be going on and I just saw 4 kids just cutting up and walking around and one women working.
It was ookay. To bad they didn't know what gluten is. It was pretty "heavy" for a chilli. The Service was super friendly!
Came in tonight feeling a little under the weather so obviously didn't feel like cooking. Ordered the 12pc family tailgate. Drove all the way home to open the box , no biscuits , cold mac and cheese. Now mind you I realize I live a little ways but usually the food is atleast warm nope cold. I got 9 pieces of chicken and the tea tasted sour. I'm definitely 1 to brag about the tea (southern thing). Tried to call the manager to bring it to his attention but the phone was busy from like 8:45 And it's now going on 9:53. Man I'm just really disappointed cause I am definitely someone that likes to support Fountain Inn buisness.
Ordered 2sausage egg cheese biscuits. Got down the road and no egg on either sandwich. They remade them using same sausage and new biscuits. Cook promptly throws away sausage left in container after finishing my remake. No wonder. The sausage was old dry n brittle. Will never return to this location again.
Completely incompetent. They take “how bad can I mess up your order” as a personal challenge rather than a rhetorical question. Had to ask for a receipt after I felt like I got overcharged, and they rang up 2 extra picnic fries. If you go thru the drive thru, ALWAYS check before pulling away because there’s a 99.99% chance your order is missing some things. Or that your picnic fry only has enough in it to fill a small fry order. Pathetically ran fast food restaurant.
