Food is always messed up takes a long time to get but I keep coming back cuz it's close
Terrible service. Ignored had to keep asking for everything. Utensils dirty table dirty. Bill was incorrectly added wrong. Waitress was cheating herself by 3 dollars. Brought a salad that was nothing but brown lettuce and said tgats all we have. She did come back later and took 10 percent off the bill. Her name was Danielle. Never going back.
All I can say is kudos to the line cooks when we went for doing their job(which I had the best bacon Patty melt ever) and our waitresses job where she fell short. I'm not leaving a bad review on this because ultimately nothing was wrong and everything came out right and delicious. Just got to give props for the cooking team for picking up the slack! He even refilled my coffee for me.
The music is so loud I couldn't hear my son speak. Its not a nightclub. The waitress slammed everything into the dish washer and they stood at my table whispering about another employee. Good food. Just awful staff. And for the record.. the staff makes a location. The food could be great but until you get rid of the problem you will loose customers. I don't want to hear about someone's personal problems when I come to eat! Rude rude rude. Grow up
Decent food, good prices. Customer service is a gamble, 70% chance you'll get a decent server. The place attracts some unsavory folks though,and could be faster wiping tables off.
