Place was clean. If it wasn't for my husband I would have went to Papa John's. Pizza Hut pizza always greasy.
Well ive been trying to call to order some food for 35 freaking min...... And i know they are open.
I preordered my pizza 3 days in advance to be delivered to an elementary school by their lunch time 5 mins before their lunch break, 11:45am. They were going to have a surprise pizza bday party for my son. The pizza arrived at 12:04pm, I did not receive a call letting me know they were going to be late, the kids' lunch was over at 12:05pm, so they ate pizza standing up in the cafeteria on the way out of the door. The kids said the pizza was cold...I called the location and was told the delivery driver left earlier than he actually did, but I was at the school and took a picture of the car with the time stamp of 12:04pm. Also, the "pizza tracker" on their website stated what time he left the Pizza Hut. The excuse was, "we were busy this morning". That shouldn't matter, I ordered my pizza THREE DAYS in advance! I called the franchise office and no one called me back. When I went to the Pizza Hut to get my money back, the manager was outside smoking a cigarette talking on the phone about ME! Beware!!!
Good store, always accrate with orders.
Update- the general manager called back and apologized. Offered a free pizza, but from the same Pizza Hut location. I declined due to it being at the same Pizza Hit location....
Horrible service horrible food. I kust got a pizza with 4 inches of crust with no toppings.
