might take two weeks to get my revised title and I got it that same Saturday!
Went to the Fountain Inn DMV yesterday to renew my driver's license and was extremely pleased with the service I received . The young lady who was operating the camera thanked me for my military service.
Everyone was friendly and efficient. I renewed my drivers license and was out the door in less than 20 minutes. Great job

Don't believe the haters. This place is the best. It has a meter here to show you the best time to go. It looks like 3pm is good. The woman at the door will ask why you are there and hand you the paper work and a number which will be called. I went on a Tues. at 3pm. NO WAIT. I got my first name on the form and they called my number. The lady said it
People so rude and the lady at the counter who was supposed to help me was in a rush to go on break she just wanted to get rid of me. I'm a senior citizen that moved here from NC and have been driving for 50 years. I had all my paperwork but because I chose to use my maiden name as my middle name when I married, she informed me I could not do that even though that is the name on my SS card, NC license, and every other legal document I have signed in the last 40 years. Told me to go to court and get a court order changing my name. I didn't want or need to change my name. I went to a different office and they were so nice. No problem. Never ever go to this place. Totally unprofessional!
The Fountain Inn DMV office is fantastic. Arrived at lunch time on a Friday and didn't wait at all. Renewed my license in 20 minutes. The time spent was just process. I wasn't even the only customer. Staff was all friendly. I took a chance they might not be as crowded as Spartanburg, Greer or Greenville offices. After 1pm a lot of people started arriving. Earlier is better.
