We were rear ended almost 2 weeks ago. The other guys insurance had made a reservation for our car to be fixed and scheduled a rental car through Enterprise at the Fountain Inn location. On Wednesday (9/13) at 8:00 am Enterprise called to confirm our reservation telling us we were all set and they would see us on 9/19 at 1:00 pm. About 20 min before I was scheduled to drop off my car at the repair shop I received a call from the repair shop, not Enterprise, saying they don't have any cars available and that there is a shortage of cars. I thought maybe she was mistaken, but sure enough, I called Enterprise in Fountain Inn and the guy told me they don't have any cars available. Not even for people coming into the airport. I was extremely upset to say the least. Why couldn't they notify me directly rather than have the repair shop tell me....not to mention, they could have let me know sooner than 20 minutes before my appointment. I asked to speak to the manager and was informed he was at lunch. I was also told the area manager was at lunch too. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Update: My husband was able to speak to the manager and he said they had our car for us at 8:00 am but because we weren't there they gave it to someone else. In the meantime I spoke with the auto shop who informed me that this morning this particular Enterprise left 2 customers waiting at their shop saying they didn't have any cars. It seems to me not only does Enterprise have the worst customer service, but they also lie and don't know how to run a business.

Excellant service. It will be even better if I can return a car there after hours and have that time noted as my return time. The policy now is to charge me until they reopen.

Oustanding service, treated us great. Cars are always clean and ready to go. We have used them several times when our cars have been worked on, and never a problem.

Employees are great and very friendly. The car smelled like smoke and made me nauseous throughout the time I had it.

The whole crew is on the same page there. They work well together and all went above and beyond on short notice. Many thanks from The PIC Group.
